Orders and contract
Your order is an offer to buy; the contract is formed when we send the dispatch confirmation. All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT. Delivery charges are shown before payment. In the rare case of an obvious pricing error we may cancel and refund the order before dispatch.
Delivery, returns and your rights
Delivery terms are set out in our Delivery Policy, and returns in our Returns & Refunds policy — including your statutory right to cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

We are liable for death or personal injury caused by our negligence and for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our liability is limited to the price paid for the products. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
