shouldersleeper.co.uk is operated by Pace Nordic AB, registered in Sweden under company number 559511-3902 at Fleminggatan 18, 112 26 Stockholm, Sweden. We are the data controller for personal data collected on this site. You can reach us at info@shouldersleeper.co.uk.

Our UK representative

Because we are established in Sweden rather than the UK, we have appointed a UK representative under Article 27 of the UK GDPR. You and the Information Commissioner's Office can contact them about anything relating to our processing of your personal data:

Contacting our representative does not replace your right to contact us directly, or to complain to the ICO.

What we collect and why

We process personal data under UK GDPR on the following bases:

• Orders (contract): name, address, email, phone and order details — to deliver your purchase, handle returns and provide support. Payments are processed by Shopify and its payment providers; we never see your full card details.
• Marketing (consent): your email address if you sign up to our newsletter or download our guide. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
• Support (legitimate interest): correspondence you send us, so we can help you and keep records of what was agreed.
• Analytics and advertising cookies (consent): only after you accept them in the cookie banner — see our Cookie Policy.

Who we share data with

We share data only with processors needed to run the store: Shopify (e-commerce platform and checkout), our delivery carriers, Resend (transactional email), and — with your consent — Google Analytics and Meta. Where data leaves the UK/EEA, transfers rely on adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as accounting law requires. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe. Support correspondence is kept for up to two years after the case closes.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete and port your data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. Contact info@shouldersleeper.co.uk to exercise any right. You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or the Swedish IMY.
